On the afternoon of November 13, Mr. Shao Yaliang, President of SIG, met with the visiting group led by Ms. Jin Luo, GM of Tianjin Tai Da International Holding (Group) Co., Ltd. Mr. Zhu Zhongqun, assistant to President of SIG, also joined the meeting.
Mr. Shao Yaliang extended welcome to Ms. Jin Luo’s visit and introduced SIG’s capital operation, business sector layout and corporate governance structure etc. Then he had in-depth discussion with Ms. Jin and her delegation on those topics Tai Da International was interested in, covering daily operational models at financial companies held by SIG, capital refill mechanism at strategically-held institutions, synergy within invested financial companies and across financial companies and non-financial companies, talent pool between the group and the subsidiary companies, potential opportunities in financial investment etc.
During the meeting, Ms. Jin Luo appreciated President Shao’s introduction and showed great interest in SIG’s strategically managing and controlling model, strategic synergy system at Round Table of SIG. She added that Tai Da International was a comprehensive financial operation vehicle established under the approval of Tianjin CPC committee and Tianjin Municipal Government. After her visit, she would bring back to Tianjin the innovation and success stories of SIG in the hope of further improving the operation and management capabilities of Tai Da International.
Also present were the leaders from SIG Strategic Development Department, and Administration Management Department.
