SIG's External directors-Gao Guofu and Ge Ailing visited Shanghai Sci-tech Capital (SSC) and GP Capital on the afternoon of June 23. Zhou Lei, Vice President and Chief Investment Officer; and Ma Haiyan, Board Director and Director of the Department of Administration (Board Office) accompanied Gao and Ge for the visit.
SSC and GP Capital reported their background, development situation, strategic positioning, investment strategies, investment projects and full-process risk control.
The External directors recognized the funds' outstanding investment performance since their founding. SIG has attached great importance to the development of its equity funds, focused on building an equity fund ecosphere and fully supported the funds in growing strong, they said, hoping that the two fund companies would aim farther, give full play to their capital agglomeration and amplification effects, serve national strategies and Shanghai's major missions, continue to build industrially leading core advantages and keep enhancing their brand competitiveness and market influence.
During the visit, the external directors exchanged ideas with the two fund companies on issues such as future fund raising strategy, co-investment mechanism, profit distribution, investment business management system and future strategic development.
Relevant staff members of SSC, GP Capital and the Board Office of SIG were present.
